Step-by-Step Application Guide

Step 1: Develop Your Business Idea

Ensure your concept is innovative, scalable, and globally competitive. Draft a professional business plan.

Pitch to Canadian incubators, angel investors, or venture capital firms. Obtain a Letter of Support.

Take an approved English or French language test (minimum CLB 5 in all areas).

Gather identity, civil status, financial statements, proof of funds, and business documentation.

Complete the SUV PR application and pay the necessary fees.

Follow IRCC’s instructions to submit fingerprints, and photographs, and complete a health check.

The IRCC evaluates your application and may schedule an interview.

Once approved, move to Canada and launch your business.

After three years of residency, you may apply for Canadian citizenship, provided you meet the requirements.
